Founded in 1970, Corporate Staffing Group's charter
is to provide professional customized results to clients by gaining an
in-depth understanding of their particular technology and culture. Over
the years we have focused on Technology, Aerospace, and Process Control,
and more recently Medical, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Legal
Services
Our original charter continues to drive our business
as we provide in depth screening of the candidates we recruit. Whether
it is a Retained Search Assignment, a Contingency
position, or Project
Based Recruiting, the assignment begins only after we have gained a thorough
understanding of the job requirements and the specifications for the
ideal candidate.
We do no advertising for candidates, but rather
research and directly contact individuals who have the background to
specifically meet the needs of the assignment. This approach avoids duplication
of candidates our clients reach with their own advertising campaign,
and instead provides the client with an additional source of candidates
recruited specifically for their needs. Clients also discover that the
volume of paperwork is reduced as we carefully screen all resumes referred.
And, because we do not identify our client's identity during initial
contacts, direct recruiting also allows our clients a discreet opportunity
to recruit in sensitive situations, which could include situations such
as recruiting from competitors or for a position currently occupied.
Over the years since Corporate Staffing Group first
began, our business has been consistent as we have several long term
clients who continue to use our services. It has also expanded through
recommendations and client managers who have continued to request our
services after leaving a company and starting with a new one. The professional
approach that has been our foundation from the beginning, continues to
serve our clients well and sets our services apart from our competitors.
