Retained Search
Our approach to conducting searches is unique. Before
the first call to a candidate is even made, we gain intimate knowledge
of the client's industry, their products and key competitors. Only after
we have this information does the search begin.
Once a group of candidates has been screened and
evaluated by our firm, we review their credentials with the client and
make recommendations. Selections are made, and interviews at the client's
site are set up.
After the interviews take place, we gather feedback
from both parties in order to re-evaluate the candidates. Using
this feedback, we narrow the number of candidates down until the clear
choice is apparent. Once the choice is made, we stay involved in the
offer process until the candidate accepts the position and reports to
work for the client. Only then is the assignment complete.
